When I turn on the low beam, the driver side high beam turns on, no light from low beam at all. Passenger side lights low and high beam work as normal.
Is this a failure mode for a blown low beam bulb?
Thanks in advance for any advise.

That is the wiring to the bulb i think, either that or the bulb is fitted the wrong way, normally bulbs only fit one way but you never know

Most peculiar. I sense some sort of "fix" to mask a failure of the low beam headlamp or circuitry. Before you purchased the car, did the headlights work properly?

Unfortunately previous owner states they rarely drove and night.
Of note, previous owner is a family friend, car has very low miles at 12,500 and has full service history.

Not sure if 360 is the same but 430 has only 1 bulb and a shutter that cuts it down to low beam. Could be stuck open.

I like this. Very funny. "Full service history".

Check the relays in the left of the front trunk. Failure mode is the light fails. I suspect a bad relay or fuse personally if its not the bulb (which I presume you checked..). That and check the fuse for low beam. Both locations can be found in the owners manual. This is something that should have been noticed by the tech when they were maintaining the car.. "fully" :)
Oh and if it is as simple as an HID ballast or Bulb you can get them online on eBay for like $20. (Pull bulb and HID bulb will appear burned in the quartz bulb. One of the HID bulbs (not ballast mind you) blew in my cayenne and it was about $100 at auto zone.
