    You'll get that kind of reaction from any unique sports car. My NSX gets a ton of head turners (car chasers) too, probably just as many as my 308, so what am I supposed to do, stop driving the cars I love ? NOT !!!
    I just smile , wave if they do and be courteous, not snobby, I thank them for any nice comments and move on. I also try to drive in quiet areas, at quiet times of the day whenever possible, it minimizes the problem.
