The Natsoft results don't tell the whole story. Modifications to a car change the performance so it's a simplistic to draw a conclusion about the drivers capability or results without having all the information about the specifications of the car and the class it ran in. Secondly some of those times where posted in damp ( or light rain) conditions, others in dry, this depended on the group someone was seeded in. Also the Natsoft vehicles / names are based on the rally entry list - but some people brought different cars to the track, that is also not reflected in the Natsoft results (ie one of the GT4's, was something else entirely.) M
So, 1) We can draw no conclusion about the driving skill of someone who might rock up in, say, a hot-rod F355 Challenge, and 2) Ian could enter his 575 but arrive in his Indycar and end up with the the world’s fastest 575 according to Natsoft. Lol.
Yep, and it would also be in a different class to a 355 road car, but good chance Natsoft would simply describe it as a "355" Potentially.
I'm very surprised to hear that as Brendan has always been very genial in my experience... he is a bit hard of hearing though, are you sure it was intentional?
I suspect he just didn't want to shake Simon's hand and it had nothing to do with lap times or trophies. Brendan's even friendly to me!
At the presentation, after embarrassingly holding my hand out waiting for him to congrat me( with everyone there looking on!),I asked him if he had the sh&ts,he answered yes, that's when I grabbed his hand and shook it.
He's Dutch. And nowhere near as cranky as he used to be. And I should know, I've known him that long I can remember when his hair was grey.
I dunno why anyone driving a Ferrari(or any enthusiast car) would want to use ANY of the major highways. Sniff,sniff.....I miss my cars...
Kena, as I've said before, you're a legend mate! What's the next adventure the little red car has to look forward to?
Hardly a legend Kerrari lots of cars drove down&back. No trips planned in the near future, but that could change.
