So I drove my 360 from Washington DC to Huntington Beach last week.

I figured that was a good shakedown run of 2675 miles.

Today, I'm running the car on the Dynojet Dyno at GRC Performance in Mission Viejo Ca.

    The car is 100% stock.

Today im going to run it stock form, then with K&N filters to see what the pick up is if anything or if they are just hype....

I will be adding an exhaust they dynoing it, then catless mid pipes and another dyno run, then headers another dyno run, then finally a Mase tune and a final dyno run.

My goal with this is for all of us to see what each of these mods in sequence will gain us in HP @ the wheels.

I will make a post down the road with all of it in one giant post.

The goal of this post was to see/show what a 65k+ Mile 360 would put down on the rollers :)

I'll install exhaust tonight, and next dyno run will be around the 5th ot 6th of August. (My dyno guy is going to Hawaii.)

I’ve got a set of lightly used headers already wrapped if you have the need.

    Great build and post!

Looking forward to see the results of additional mods.
There have been discussions for years about the benefit (or not) of the K&N/ BMC filters. The naysayers say it just creates more air intake noise and no benefit to HP.

At least now we have 1 documented increase in HP and Tq for one test in one car. Interesting!

Aftermarket filters makes a difference. I'm running catless, header, exhaust w/mase ecu upgrade. When I replaced the stock filter w/ K&N , there was a noticeable difference. It's probably because I'm running catless as well. Just more flow ..revs faster...opens up the bottle neck in the airbox.

Op, what exhaust are you thinking of?

    Very cool!

Nearly identical power to my 355 except yours makes peak torque 1000rpm earlier. (well yours is a lot stronger everywhere below 5500) :)

Do you have the sae #'s as well?

be careful with the k&n filters. if oiled too much...…. will affect the life of the MAS elements...…. I've had problems with AMG and M3's with over oiled K&N filters.
…….. it's weird some platforms don't get affected, and some are really sensitive.

Keep updates coming.... I shall copy your mods sir..... Jeff in San Antonio.....

Very cool real world numbers. What is the stock specs of a 360 by the manufacturer at the crank? I'm sure those numbers you posted is to the wheels correct?

Assuming 20% driveline loss due to the F1 gearbox, that would put it right at 396 crank horsepower.

Since this auto trans uses a direct drive clutch just like a mt car... would drive train loss be more in line with a mt car? like 15%

20% loss is too much. The car probably lost about 10 - 15 hp from the factory crank 400hp number.
