Charlie retired a couple of years ago from the airshow circuit, at 82. Absolutly amazing the things that man can do in a Cub.

Not sure if that was 'smart' flying. The guy was telented though. What they shoud have done is had the guy arrested after landing, hauled him off and kept mum about the entire stunt!

 

Alaska bush pilots fly like that all the time............................

 

That guy was pretty good! I always like the aerial comedy routines.

 

That drunk pilot is Kyle Franklin, son of one of the best aerobatic airshow pilots, Jim Franklin who was killed several years ago in his jet powered Waco UPF-7. Looks like Kyle inherited a lot from his late dad.
