Metromess guys, just in case you're not paying attention -- go turn on a TV. Big weather is here and it's unhappy.

Impossible to watch anything else if you have network tv on.

It's noisy where I am, but dry.

Luckily for me, the tornado weakened and disbanded before it hit Cleburne. At the time of the initial report, it was between Cleburne and Rio Vista (south of Cleburne). The mayor is reporting that their is significant damage all across the southern half of the city. Downtown and the northern half has power, while good portions of the southern half do not. I think it's safe to say I dodged a big bullet with this one...

Joshua, as far as I know, has not recieved any damage. Right now it's just a steady pour with a few occasional claps of thunder and flashes of lightning. It's passed for the most part.

Crazy night indeed, while watching CBS 11 tonight, the local affiliate interviewed some evacuees from Hood county being placed at a nearby gas station. A young couple with the male covered with face & neck tattoos, the girl would not stop saying "we was trippin' & all crap went to Hell" & then the live feed cut away, sorry but it gave me a good laugh. Sometimes you gotta love live TV. Stay safe everyone.
