    Hello everyone,

I'm currently considering a Ferrari 458 Spider with around 25,000 km on the odometer, and I came across this listing: https://www.autotrader.ca/a/ferrari/458%20spider/vaughan/ontario/5_61771656_20220411170916448/?showcpo=ShowCpo&ncse=no&ursrc=hl&orup=1_9_9&pc=M2N%200G1&sprx=100&modalXS=1. The car appears to be in good condition overall.

My main concern is the aftermarket Akrapovic exhaust system mentioned in the listing. As someone new to Ferrari ownership, I've always heard that it's not recommended to modify these cars. I prefer to keep the vehicle in its original state, so I'm unsure if this modification can impact its reliability or resale value.

Any advice or insights would be greatly appreciated. Thank you!"

As I know, akrapovik is a VERY good exhaust. But I’m also the type to keep stock (u til I eventually give in and do it in the F8)

Perfectly fine to modify the exhaust, many owners do.

Where are you located? Maybe if you prefer stock we can swap? I can handle all the labor.
