Have any FXX actually been sold/assigned to anyone yet? I think Ferrari could easily cancel the transaction if they found out the person is intending to sell it further on as soon as possible.

I don't know very much about the FXX, but it will not be homologated for road or racing use and Ferrari says they will provide storage space at the factory in Maranello. The buyers will have to be approved.
I doubt the owners will be able to take the car home. The owners will have to store them in Marranello and Ferrari will transport them to any tracks or events.

That said, I would say the ad is a bunch of bull****.

Well if they aren't homologated, then I don't think they will let them into the US. I could be wrong though.

Why wouldn't you allowed to keep them at home and take them to tracks on the back of a trailer?

In europe you can take the cars home though not by driving on the streets.
You can park it in the garage. It has no street homologation.

It has no street or race homologation, so it can't be raced. It's only a test car.

I stand corrected. You can keep them at home or store them at the factory. You can also transport them yourself, I think.

But they are just test cars, so I don't think you can race them.
