    Hi,

    There i was trawling the old favourite again with the intention of coming across a bargain dino find on e-bay when i stumbled upon an item of interest which i require for my car. the item was a batch board or spare wheel well cover panel whichever way you see it. However i was rather shocked to find that the seller was offering a starting bid of £745.00!!!!! Now i know that ALL Dino owners are rich beyond their wildest dreams but some of us are a little bit sensible when it comes to parting with the hard earned folding stuff. So without further ado i asked the seller a question which went like this. "Are you having a laugh, Superfomance sell this item for approx £600.00 less"
    I was not suprised to get a reply, but the content did indeed suprise me, it went like this, "Get a life you W**ker, it's people like you who give E-bay a bad name"
    On the contrary it's people like him that give E-bay a bad name

    P S yes i know who's site it is before anyone tells me, and i know i don't have to buy it and judging from the regularity of his feedback he not suprisingly sells little to anybody else at those prices.

    Pretty hefty price indeed.

    It does have all the correct hardware on it, however, which the superformance part does not.

    But I'm pretty sure that's not worth another several hundred dollars.

    Is this front batchboard for the Dino the part that T. Rutlands sells for $300+?

    With the US Dollar tanked, I'd think even with International shipping PLUS any duty that there would still be a savings.

    He has a Spare parts company here in the Uk, I have noticed that his prices are very high before, he had a restored 308Gt4 for £26,500, which is around $35-40k in your money, I am surprised at the comment it certainly wasn't justified

    Eddie makes some good repair panels and parts (we've used him a few times, thankfully have a few cheaper suppliers now ;)) can't really comment on the ebay auctions apart from the prices seem a little excessive, but the response seems a little weak, a little tact would have gone a long way in this case

    Now check it out now Funk Soul brother, what i'm saying is Pete of Nitrous Ferrari fame thinks i'm in the USA whilst if he looked at my profile he would see that not only do i live in the UK as he does I even live in the same ruddy county as him!!!!!!!!!!
