That's dork. Just make an e Rays class so they compete against themselves or do a balance of power formula. I get the 1st responder thing. Oems need to be forthcoming about how to handle real issues like shock Hazzard and thermal run away. These safety issues totally over looked to get evs on the road.
That ruling by the NCCC (aka, A bunch of old Corvette owners with dementia) was rescinded within a week of it's grand pronouncement. PS. These guys are still mad about no hidden headlights and no round tail lights
