Egad, I thought I purged this error code. It was supposed to be the passenger compartment's temperature sensor which was disconnected (I think I had GaryB do this). It has been absent ever since and the A/C has functioned perfectly. Last weekend, I started the car with a low battery (I know I should have charged it up first) and the car fired up, but the clock was reset and the A/C showed the dreaded code. I guess I can reset the comp, but man this is a pain in the azz. Oh, I forgot how to reset the codes. Anyone care to refresh my memory?

You can clear the A/C error codes by unplugging the A/C console from behind...engaging your battery disconnect for 15 seconds also works (of course, that will clear your engine computers as well).

Ooh, thanks man. I'd rather not have to teach the comps how to run my engine again.

I had the same problem - I found wire unplugged under the steering wheel sensor that I got at behind the drivers left dash vent. Nice to find problems like that instead of replacing parts.
