E46 M3 converting SMG to 6MT Anyone done it?

    Hi fellows

    I cant let the 03 M3 SMG go bc its just too much fun, but at 70k miles I am having fears even though the SMG has been flawless
    I know many M3 s E46 have been converted from SMG to 6MT
    The problem is not whether it can be done
    The problem is finding a shop with some experience and a few done in their resume
    The 3 shops in Austin have not done it
    There was a Spec Motorsports in the DFW area with many done but I am afraid they no longer exist.
    I suspect there are several shops on both Coasts capable, but in TX.....
    So I am resorting to our Fchat community, in special BMW owners to see if you know of a shop capable and willing to do this

    Check with Coulter Dean at MporiumBMW. They are moving the shop right now, so may not answer right away. In McKinney TX. I am positive they can do it.
