348 E5 Climate code

Working on a 94 348 air conditioner system, showing code E5 on the control panel. I ran the diagnostic tests and the heater control valve was inop with zero movement when commanded. Removed and replace the heater control valve motor assy with a new unit and tested the operation, Moves when commanded.

Still setting the E5 code, removed the control panel and inspected the connections etc all nice and clean with zero signs of corrosion. Still getting the E5 code.

I did observe the control valve does not move incrementally when moving it manually during the testing, I can only get it to move from stop full open to stop full closed.

Tested all the sensors and in looking at the chart I have some odd readings. Pass compartment sensor reading 66 is not even on the chart as a value, and outside temp 6C is not listed as well.

We are 77deg 25C today.
Any help on this is greatly appreciated
