EAG, the good, the bad, and the ugly.

What does "where sensible" mean in the covering warranty part of your post?

 

I am the former CEO of EAG. Art lies a lot and is a master manipulator. I quickly learned that when Art says something it’s probably not true. I know his former investor(s) and staff. They are good people who were taken advantage of. Art started his video by comparing himself to Steve Jobs. He couldn't have looked more narcissistic if he tried. The fake tears had me cracking up. The videos he posted are filled with lies. He seems to not understand that lying in public statements has serious legal consequences. Right at the end of my time at EAG I learned Art didn't even have a drivers license. I bet Art is arrested for embezzlement and tax fraud within a year. He is a bad person.

 

If you've ever had a car at a shop that was damaged, you'd know the first thing they'll say when you ask them what they're going to do to make it right is:

"You have insurance, right?"

And that's the rub. It's your insurance that covers damage at a shop, even intentional damage or damage from flood, fire, or natural disasters.

Correct, but if I own a 430 at eag and it’s in a million pieces, they say come get it, am I SOL or will my insurance cover it?

 

Kudos to you for weighing in with the other side of the story. If my business partner went on the internet with videos like that accusing me of going behind his back and illegally looting the premisses of our business without any legal process, I'd respond publicly with whatever legal notice(s) I had served to him to prove to customers and partners my claim is legitimate, and his is not.

 

If those tears were fake, Art is a damn good actor. Appeared real to me. Yea, Art definitely needs his own reality show.

 

Who is actually posting as the newEAG? Seems like two different people?

 

Has to be the SOL option, what insurance would cover a voluntary dismantling of a car?

 

Regardless of what did or did not occur between Art and his partners, raiding the company at night of all the stock and CAD designs is completely out of order. I have no idea who is on the right or wrong, but I tend to think you paint yourself in a poor light if that’s how you’re going about business.

That is what master manipulators do. Oh I am sure he wouldn't want cameras following him around.

WOW. If anyone has motive to burry Art, it's a "CEO" he fired. After what, six months? Ouch. Surely you have evidence of his "embezzlement and tax fraud". Any evidence at all? Anything? Use it. Don't hold back.

 

He fired me because I lost my **** when he used a staff members email to request a line of credit to pay off one of his own cars.... And yes, I have pictures of all sorts of stuff. If this is the Bill I think it is you are welcome to give me a call. If I am lying he can sue. I am not worried at all.

Once a **** show always a **** show. I wouldn't think about sending a car to this company if they were paying me to do the conversion. Leopards don't often change their spots folks.

 

I dont know what the truth is, but I will say your posts sound more coherent.

 

Bill, that would be a horrible idea. I wont violate consumer protection laws....If I am lying he can sue.

 

Trust that if Art threatens me with a C&D I will ignore it. If Art's videos are removed in the next few days we can assume good lawyers got involved and he got scared because he knows he is lying.

 

I don't understand how submitting evidence of Art's crimes to the authorities would get you in trouble, but I feel ya.

 

Bill, try and keep up. You asked me to post pictures here.... You didn't mention the authorities.

 

Sorry! Like the NY Post said, .... his ALLEGED crimes. Go to the authorities with what you have. Why not? You have evidence, it's allegedly legit, do the world a favor and help the authorities convict him. You care enough to jump in here and comment, surely you're not totally full of irrelevant hate, surely you have something. Are you holding on to it for sentimental reasons? Chris. Like Nike says...

 

I think that Art will end up in jail. That is all I will say about that.
