i have seen 2004-2006 qp described as 4.2 ltr or duoselect. now both have a 4.2 ltr engine, so they must be referring to the gearbox. what is different?

Duoselect is the F1 style trans. Manual trans that is shifted through the paddles. Can be driven in automode but takes some getting used to. Since 08, all are automatics with the paddle shifters as an option although still connected to an auto trans.
