Does anyone have a good recommendation for ear plugs to wear under helmet for track days/racing? I have read that EP3 Sonic Defenders are pretty good. Has anyone used those or recommend another brand?
Home Depot... AOSafety item # in the upper right hand corner is 92059. They have a NRR rating of 32dB and it is a pack of 80 earplug total, with 40 in orange and 40 in purple. Only thing i found 'better' is to have custom ear molds made for In Ear Monitors for your 2-way radio system.
