Here, belatedly, are photos from the East Cobb "Caffeine & Octane" show on November 4th. Cold weather kept attendance down a bit, but it wasn't bad, especially for the Italian crowd: 3 Ferraris, 2 Lamborghinis, 2 Panteras, 1 Alfa Romeo and 1 Maserati is pretty diverse. But the show broke up rather early because of the chill. (Similar weather expected for the next show on 12/2.)

I never thought that a Volkswagen sedan would be of interest at a car show, but a W12 Phaeton is quite rare, and quite large! I hadn't realized that it's really a Bentley in disguise, at least on the chassis side. Who would have imagined a 5500-lb, $100k VW?

The fellow with the Olds 4-4-2 actually arrived after nearly everyone else had left! (Well, most people did leave early because of the cold.) He said it was one of only 19 W-30 convertibles built in that configuration that year--definitely a collectible.
