    they've been being used by Ferrari as an OEM vendor, for QUITE some time...Used in F-1 as well I was told just last week...The fellow was with "the team," up until 2 years ago...
    the aluminum liners are "Alusil", as opposed to "Nikasil" which is essentially a plating process, as oppossed to essentially a casting process.
    Both requires a diamond pastes/acids to finish properly-my Sunnen CV-616J is required to obtain the .0005" installed clearance for certain applications. Not many other machines can do this job...

    A bit snugger than aftermarket forged pistons, huh?
