No Serdar purchased the black GT I was going to get the red one but
    decided not to.
The model is built a little in a hurry.
He is out of the city for business.

DO NOT buy from RCClee on eBay. He has a history of fabricating mailing issues to get refunds or not pay out completely. My experience on eBay and here on FerrariChat dot/com. He may go by different names.

Cheung Lee / Richard Lee / rcclee on eBay and Ferrari chat.

A past conversation about this guy https://www.ferrarichat.com/forum/search/450170400/?q=rcclee&o=relevance

He made a $50.00 purchase of some old Ferrari stickers I had. Then he wanted to buy all that had left. I sent a simple USPS envelope to his address. He said he never received them and wanted five more stickers. That's his way of getting what he wanted originally. I did not get a signature request for a domestic envelope, I didn't think would need to. I did refund him the $50.00. Not worth my time. One can feel a scammer.

Ironically, he knew the thickness of the sticker. Hmmmm. (eBay conversation to follow)

Copy/paste the image of what he is selling into Google. He knows how to work the mailing systems in his favor. San Jose address and San Francisco.

eBay conversation between he and I:

(me , the seller) Your previous message

I will mail 3 more stickers to your address.
At this point, I do not feel comfortable anymore. This is why -

    rcclee:

$8 per sticker is too high. I can have them made for less than $3 each.
I’m willing to split the difference at $6.50 each so $286 shipped for all 44 stickers.
I don’t want to do cashier check, I will pay via PayPal goods and I can send you the money tonight.
Either way, regarding the 5 stickers I have paid for, how should we resolve that?

    Your previous message

I can do the 44 stickers for $352.00.
    A $88.00 discount.
A cashier's check from you. Once received, I will mail with a signature request.

    rcclee:

I am interested in all of them, I just got a quote from a local vendor and 300 pieces 2.3mm vinyl sticker is $2.85 each.
I don’t need 300… I am willing to pay up to $5 each for yours.
Let me know and I can send payment right away via PayPal.

    NOTE:

PayPal Goods will protect to buyer. Richard (rcclee) knows this as he has exercised this in the past. Google it. --

If someone is scammed on PayPal, do they get their money back? (google this question if in doubt)

“If someone falls victim to a scam on PayPal, they usually have a chance to get their money back. PayPal has buyer protection programs in place to help users in such situations. You should report the issue to PayPal's Resolution Center as soon as possible to increase your chances of recovering the funds.”
