So I just get on EBay to look for Mondial parts and see 27 pages - TWENTY-SEVEN FRIGGING PAGES - of slim ballast light components. Now I suspect nothing can be done about redundancy, and somebody is probably in the market for this product, but 27 pages of the same stuff? What's next? How about 50 pages of car wash sponges that "fit" the Mondial?
PS: Thanks for letting me vent.

You can exclude certain sellers or items from your searches. It is easy to exclude an item. In the search line near the top of the page, type -light or -bulb, or both. I have built searches that I save to look for certain Porsche parts, among other things. I have excluded about 20 sellers of floor mats, light bulbs, aftermarket wheels, etc. EBay has instructions for excluding specific sellers, but you will have to do a little searching on their web site.

Here's a starting point (regrettably, you're on your own for filtering out crappy spamming sellers; JC Whitney is one of the worst!):

ferrari 308 -("owners manual", "parts manual", not, shield*, pin, "key chain", "key ring","money clip","wallet")
