    Also, unfortunately, regardless of selling price, seller pays a flat fee. I think $40 on top of the $40 listing fee.

    People have gotten pretty good at policing eBay these days and reporting this crap...thankfully most of it doesn't last too long, and even more thankfully 90% of the fools out there trying to pull off these scams aren't smart enough to adapt.
