    His name is Shiv Pathak, and he has a 458 tune unlike others, that is highly customizable. https://www.openflashtablet.com/shop/openflash-tablet-for-ferrari-458-italia/

    The most annoying thing, perhaps the only annoying thing, about my 458 is the overly sensitive throttle. I know some people like it, as it makes the car feel more responsive, but I find it hard to modulate, even after a lot of practice. It especially makes driving difficult on the track, where you need to be smooth, and judicious with throttle inputs. Shiv can re-curve that for you.

    Lose your burble and pops after the ECU “upgrade” that Ferrari did to all 458s after 2012? He can put that back for you.

    You can also add about 15 HP, which isn’t much on an engine that produces 570, but the above two things may be worth it alone. Think of the HP addition as a bonus.

    Correct, we have followed Shiv here a lot os postings … good work of a real hobbyist :)

    Pitty that we cannot get his work over here in Europe as I dare not ship my ECU's to USA ….

    OpenFlash/Shiv did the tune on my Italia. I couldn't be happier. His work is TOP NOTCH and his follow-up/service is true five stars. I'm a 100% satisfied customer, and wholeheartedly recommend him to anyone wanting a tune that he can even customize per your requirements/preferences.

    I talk to a guy in the San Francisco area about 488 tune...thought it was the same guy, but I don't see any 488 tunes on his Web site...

    You don’t need to ship it if you have an OBDII port. You just get his tablet and re-flash your ECU in your garage.

    I also realized this article was from a couple years ago.
