    that car was sold thru ''copart '' ins auctions[there is a number on the windshield],i thought i remember it selling in south tampa fla in feb of 2004 for about 440,000.oo[vin as per them is ZFFCW56AX30]with 353 miles

    It never had a salvaged title - why it is strange that the title is still clear?

    The car was in a wreck and repaired.

    Because if the cost of repairs are less than the cost of replacment the car WILL not get a SALVAGE title It will be reported as been in an accident "maybe" and repaired but titles and salvage and all that **** veries from state to state and insurance adjuster to adjuster.

    Wreck does not equal totaled but in your mind.
