Electrochromic mirror on F8 Tributo?

    Since for me personally the lexan is already distorting the rear view I wonder if it's a good idea to add the electrochromic rear view mirror (MIR3) or better to keep the original mirror for clear view?

    Who picked this option and what are your thoughts while driving?

    I don’t think the electrochromic feature degrades the image quality when not functioning, (I’ve had it on two other F cars ( Cali and 458 spider) and ordered it again on the F8 spider.

    Yes the vent in the Lexan may cause some night glare from headlights. But you can always disable the electrochromic feature with the press of a button.
