    I think I have some somewhere. From memory they have a Matt finish and need polishing or similar

    Check Ebay for "Fiat brake handle". Many show up. I believe the plastic part is the same.

    PS. I would be very interested in the procedure for handle removal.
    I put one in hot tap water and managed to pull it out 1/8".
    Boling might be better? But it is old plastic.

    As an aside, there is some discoloration, but I suppose it will go back to black once polished.
