    So I have all the parts, just need new pouches for the tool roll and emergency light. I am prepared to purchase complete sets, if need be. This is for a 1989 TR.

    I have the emergency light from an 86 USA TR. The zip tie is still around the cord and it also comes with the original pouch. I do not know if that is the same as the one that came with the 89 TR.
