hi guys, i need to know a little history about catalytic converters and some info on emission tests like maximum values for diferent years(cars even from the 60's if possible) even when was it first introduced, this is becuase whe have emission test down here and if you bring a ferrari lusso from the 60's but it was registered in 2005, it has to pass emission tests like a '05 model! BUT one of our costumers(car collector) is pushing a bill that will change all that and i need to write a report on emissions thru time(from 60's to present day) to present it to him and some politicians so we can change the current values! so any help would be REALLY useful, it is for a good cause(more classic cars running around) thanks for your time ROLO
