    PPI should be performed by one of the (only) two official F dealers in NL.

    PPI is a form (official report, piece of paper) by Ferrari. So Munsterhuis or Kroymans imo.

    Should cost about € 400 max if the car is transported to them.

    Specialists can do a PPI also of course.
    What kind of Ferrari? If it is a classic V12 for example, I would take it to AME engineering.
