    Mark your calendars: the Empire State Region has scheduled three track events for 2024:

    Watkins Glen International, 8-9 May (Wednesday-Thursday)

    Lime Rock Park, 28-29 June (Friday-Saturday)

    Watkins Glen International, 6-8 September (Friday-Sunday)

    Event registration details should soon be available on the ESR's website (http://empirestateregion.com/).

    ALL MARQUES ARE WELCOME. The 2024 FCA Tech Form is attached.

    The ESR hopes to see you at the track in 2024!

    I’ll try for it. Daytona is always fun and under 2 hours from me. Never did the CECF before.

    By the way, I’m headed to Sebring later this AM for 3 days of Chin and then 2 with David Murry. Meeting Ken Kale there on Sat. he’ll sit for a some,laps as passenger.

    Feb I’m at Road Atlanta 4 days, nothing signed up for thus far. Work may impede anything in April since I’m reserving time for Watkins in May.

    There's still time to register for the ESR's 8-9 (Wednesday-Thursday) May event at Watkins Glen International. All marques are welcome. Garage spaces are included (on a first come, first-served basis) with registration, and certified instructors are available at no cost to drivers of all skill levels.

    A big thanks from the Empire State Region to the many drivers who attended its very successful 8-9 May track event at Watkins Glen International.

    The ESR hopes to see those drivers--and new drivers--at Lime Rock Park, 28-29 June, and back at the Glen, 6-8 September.

    I'm waiting to get my car back- hopefully by Thursday, then i'll go for sure.

    BTW- if anyone is interested in purchasing a transporter, send me a DM. I'm local to Lime Rock and after years of racing in TransAm, I stopped a few years ago. 28' stacker with a Renegade Toterhome that lives four miles from the track.

    i think 4 or 5 of us , myself included have booked for the Sept WG event . Mainly Porsches but perhaps one Ferrari Challenge car . can anyone anyone who has been before? Explained the format of these events how many run groups approximately how many vehicles in each? we have all driven truck at least a couple of times before.

    FCA-ESR usually has its three-day WGI event on Friday Saturday and Sunday of Labor Day Weekend. This year it will be the Friday, Saturday and Sunday of the following week. All marques are welcome.

    There are three run groups:

    Green/White - Novice
    Blue - Intermediate
    Red - Advanced.

    Each run group gets five 25 - 30 minute sessions daily.

    It's too early to know how many drivers have registered for this year's event. I'm sure Doc V. will keep us posted.

    Barry's correct, Stuart: registration for the ESR's September event at the Glen is still open, so it's too early to identify the number of drivers who will be assigned to each of the ESR's three run groups.

    Any other questions or concerns which you may have are likely addressed in the ESR's Track Events Manual, which can be found here: https://empirestateregion.com/fca-track-manual/.
