Anyone have a recommendation on trusted enclosed carrier to bring a 458 from Dallas to Austin?

    Thanks in advance.

I'll drive it there for you for the price of return airfare! :)

I'll even promise to not exceed the speed limit. By more than a factor of 2. And a half.

    LOL--very generous of you :)

I would have flown up and driven down, but dealing with airport this week is crazy. Plus time alone is worth transporting.

Boardwalk recommended their guy to me 2-3 years ago and he sounded good, but was on a job and that guy recommended someone else and they were the worst transporters I've ever had! Broke the Challenge front splitter, over charged for the job, and caused me headache with PST at MSR after they sent me a bill for "moving cars" as these guys were afraid to drive it. Wish I knew name of those two guys, had enclosed trailer behind truck like Boardwalk's guy, they were black. All I can remember.

    Thanks for heads-up.

whoever Boardwalk uses now would be good because they're handling a high volume of Ferraris and experienced. Just don't get passed off to another company or anyone not experienced with Ferraris. Sure wish Jonathan Peck still did this!

    Joe Atchambault 214-354-5718

All 3 have enclosed trailers and do hot-shots between DFW-ATX for us.

I am happy to help, if you want to have the car dropped of here, for any of the above to pick up from us - if that helps you any.

    #### On the other hand, I would suggest driving back to ATX via 281 to marble falls, FM1431, to lime creek road , and enjoy the drive!
( Weather pending that is )

I appreciate it Steve! I've been thinking about having you guys do a quick once over on it (2014) before it leaving--well worth it as you guys are the best.

Would definitely do the 281 route...VERY tempting for sure!

    Will call you.

Thank you again for the info!

I have a few guys I use. But would not be the cheapest due to round trip from Austin. PM sent.
