Enforcement against Rogue Dealers

'The Sheriffs are Coming' again but this time too prime-time TV on BBC1 Monday. Many of you will know that one case features a well known Ferrari specialist who, according to the judgment being enforced and several posts in this forum, sold many cars for clients but withheld the money.

The show follows the work of High Court Enforcement Officers as they enforce county court judgments over £600 across the UK for people that are owed money, have judgment but the debtors just won't pay. Aside from the dealer mentioned above, the show also features a variety of other rogue car traders from across the UK.
