    Hello,

I have a little problem in my 348 (1991). When I go above 5.000rpm orange light "Engine Check 1-4 cylinders" swicht on... And down 5.000rpm the light switch off ...(?)

I look for the warning lights in the 348 manual and it explain that "Engine Check 1-4 cylinders" is NOT USE and appear at right of light battery/alternator. In my car the orange light "Engine Check 1-4 cylinders" is place at left of "Handbrake" light...

    I don't undestand it

    Can you help me ???
    Thank you very much

When your motor is off, turn your ignition key to position II (the "run" but not the "start" setting).

Note which warning lights illuminate for the bulb test. Even better, snap a picture of those lights and post it here.

The behavior that you describe is consistent with a failing alternator triggering your battery light, but you are reporting a CEL 1-4 light instead, so if the bulbs aren't somehow misaligned I'd suggest pulling your engine error codes with these instructions: http://www.club348.com/technical/Tech/348.html#ECUcodes

    Post those error codes here.

You can place your seat belt warning light bulbs into your CEL 1-4 and CEL 5-8 warning light sockets to activate a considerable amount of on-board Ferrari diagnostics for your car, by the way.

There is not "Slow down" right and left because they switch off very very quick; they are above oil(left) and ABS(right)

Thank you very much No Doubt

Even though you have a Euro 348, your car has been set up with full Ferrari engine diagnostics. Open up the panel that is just to the rear of your seats and you will see your two main engine computers.

There should be a button attached to each one that will allow you to pull your engine diagnostic codes.
