    I have done a couple of searches, but nothing has come up. I'm curious to know who you guys/gals use in Plano/Frisco/North Dallas to do an engine detail on your Ferrari's. I want to ensure that the business has done a few of these and doesn't just put a pressure washer to the engine. Also, what should I expect to pay - Engine Only.

    I would suggest that you speak with Michael Luongo at Boardwalk Lamborghini. Michael knows his way around Ferrari engines. Michael did my engine out service (355) and the engine bay looks pristine.

    Or you could speak with Quentin at Boardwalk Ferrari. I haven't really had him "do" my engine bay, but he does a great job cleaning the car.

    Is time a major issue for you? The reason I ask is because you could do this yourself and save money and have some "alone time" with your other significant other, just curious.

    Great thougth! But, no a major is not needed at this time. Just had it done a few years ago. Your are correct - I should have done it then...

    I'm a detailer, have worked on many f cars and others... but as far as what to expect to pay for an engine only detail?? that's kind of a tricky question, I would price it out by the hour if it's bad. Figure something between $50-$100 depending....

    However to detail the engine bay only is just not profitable. If it were the entire car and engine bay that would be different.

    That is so funny. I saw the title of the thread and was looking through my phone for Josh's number.
    Josh detailed my R8 last year. Did an incredible job.
    Great guy, he is very well respected in the DFW area.
