Engine Hose Identification

Trying to do spark plugs but I've run into a hose that's going to stop me from accessing the cylinder 6 coil and spark plug. Anybody know what the black hose is? I might be able to finesse the coil out but I'm never torquing the spark plug properly with that in the way. I did the right bank already. The car is getting headers done in a few weeks by someone far more experienced than me. Any issues running the car a couple weeks with one bank of new spark plugs if I decide to throw in the towel and have the shop finish up the job?
