Oil companies change their recipes all the time. That list is from 2009? Maybe you should post up something from the last couple of years.
For a street driven Ferrari the magic number is 900 Zinc (ZDDP) and at least 12 centiStokes of viscosity at 100dC. For a track driven Ferrari the magic number is 1200 Zinc (ZDDP) and at least 3.8 HTHS. There are 5W-30 oils which meet the track driven criterion. And there are 10W-40s (lots of them) which do not.
