Enumclaw, South King County? Any owners?

I drove through Enumclaw in my 348 while I was out for a drive a couple of weekends ago.

Congrats on the purchase! If you've been around here long at all you should know that it's a requirement to post pictures with the intro of a new car though!

Just kidding but I for one would like to see some pics. I also have a '78 GTS! There are lot's of other Ferraris around. I live over in Bremerton but there are always things going on with this group.

Have you joined the FCA yet. There are some great club outings too. Check out the site..http://www.ferrariclub.com/

Also keep an eye out here for some of the impromptu drives and get togethers. Just show up and join in!

Hey Anthony, Welcome.
There are a lot of serious Fcar drivers all over the south and southeast area in ALL kinds of cars that would not mind a bit if you joined in. Come join us at www.ferrariclub.com and get the ball rolling. In the mean time keep an eye on this NW section for impromptu drives (the only kind this time of year) and come meet up with us. Just watch out for the guy in this car, he's dangerous.

Welcome to FerrariChat, Anthony. Just like the others have already said, hope you come and join us for the local events.

 

Our drive last weekend made it out to Black Diamond. In Eclaw there is a friend of mine with a '95 F355 Spider - Yellow and Black. In Maple Valley/Ravensdale there are '97 and '99 F355 Spiders (one of them mine) a '99 F355 B, F40, 348 Spider and a 3xx owned by one guy and 348 GTS.

If we ever got our act together we could have a drive all our own but its much more fun to join with the guys from the Seattle area.

Spend the $135 for the annual membership which gets you membership in the local club.

 

My friend sent me a pic of that car in Enumclaw earlier this year.

 

I live in Enumclaw and am the owner of a yellow 355 spider. This is the best city in the world!

I guess that's the car (my 5-year old son took picture of)that was on "display" in a park(?) sometime last May '04 when my wife and son visited a friend in Enumclaw.

 

Yeah! The Maple Valley/EClaw/Ravensdale area is becoming a Ferrari hotbed! I remember when there were only 4 Ferraris out in these parts - and they all belonged to just one owner. Now we've got a veritable gaggle! We should plan a little local drive, or just meet at Mealtime Teriyaki one day for lunch.

Welcome! We're out here...Sophia lurks around the 509 twisties from Redondo to Tacoma...at least it's twists in the road literally outside my back door. Stopped by Lowe's Hardware last weekend in my 308...must have been Miltonian's white 348 parked right out front. The long time locals must be scratchin' their heads...two Ferraris in a hardware store parking lot?? What's happening to the neighborhood?

Either we're brave or stupid...but no-one's givin' me much grief or parking lot hassles down here. I still parked in the "nosebleed" section, away from everyone. When I came out of the store, an SUV right next to me. This happens often...I quess the 'big burly dudes' still like to hang around 'vixen chicks' even if their chances are slim PeterB.

 

Anthony, I'm curious...in your profile-OCCUPATION: "I'd rather not say."

This ought to be good Any hints???

You caught me, I was at Lowe's in my 348 last weekend! I live about 5 minutes away in Milton. I didn't see your Ferrari in the nosebleed section, but of course I wasn't looking amongst the trucks and SUV's.

I assumed that "walawdog" had to be a "State-er" from that handle.

Actually, a number of our members have good relations with attorneys

 

There are plenty of lawyers on the board - and many of them PI lawyers at that, so I don't think you have anything to fear...
