    These cars can hit 80 in a burst of speed and then back down to 25 in no time at all. Hard to believe there is any room in a 25 zone to loiter at that speed. Electric cars can go from 25 to 80 and back to 25 in maybe under 3 seconds. Is that worth jail time? Maybe in Japan.
