And of course he drove a white Boxer out of the factory gates, stopped outside the front entrance just at the right spot to reflect the Letters FERRARI in the windshield of the 512!

I think they pay Gerald on the side to keep me away from the factory - I would probably do more harm than good - sort of like giving a puppy chocolate... :D

It's out there since 2OO2 already but it seems that everybody including me only discovered it in the last couple of months!

The first DVD-store I walked into here in Brussels had it in stock...

And true, it's a must see.

We got ours from Speedgear. Watched it three times so far and each time is better than the other.

Found another dvd that we got at Autosport International in the UK last month - watched it multiple times too - really recommend it:

Enzo Ferrari - 1898-1988 - His life, his cars, his legacy. It's produced by Duke. It contains exclusive interviews with Enzo, Lauda, Phil Hill, Tony Brooks, Regazzoni, Forgheri. It includes a visit by Pope John Paul in a Ferrari, fantastic racing footage. We have to play it on the computer to get color but it's awesome on a large flat screen monitor. A kleenex or two for this one is also in order.

    Enjoy.....

I have to admit, I was looking forward to this one, and was also disappointed,
and I'm a Ferrari lunatic. Too much of the storyline with the wives and the most annoying thing throughout was the guy interviewing Enzo with the uni-brow, I wanted to kill him. Talk about bad acting, he should go back to a soap opera. To me the best part of the movie was the opening scene of the F1 car on track, that did give me chills. Overall;2 thumbs way down.

True, not the best acting...but I found this to be an entertaining and enjoyable movie. Would have been better as a high budget movie with better actors, but I'm sure not a box office draw like "The Pink Panther"...anyway, I'd watch it again.

I have to agree here. I'm not much for watching movies but I thought I'd get it and learn something about Enzo. This one was boring and a waste of tme. Acting was terrible. Two thumbs down.
