I own one and I am 6 ft tall. When you are inside, its actually pretty roomy. I love it. That thing is a driver's car only at much saner speeds. It gives me the same pleasure as driving my 430 but in a different way

I'm 6'2" and have owned two in My life time - Loads of room inside them!

They're an absolute hoot to drive at any speed! - Go-kart like steering and on the standard suspension, they're as bouncy as tigger! (and yet they still seem to grip the road at the same time!)

If you're feeling blue, get yourself an original mini and go for a drive - It'll make you feel like a kid again!

I defy anyone to drive one and not be smiling and giggling the whole time!

I've always said that you'll have as much fun in a mini at 30mph as you would in a Ferrari going three times as fast!

I bought an "S" model.. It's as zippy as my base Boxster was. Def. keeps up with me and I push it. Only thing it's not a "world class" car in suspension, refinement etc. A great general sports car. Just not world class IMHO.

Edite: mine is not classic.. But the BMW version.

That car and the car being discussed share absolutely nothing except the Mini name. NOTHING.
