What are the negative effects, particularly long term, of cars like the Enzo not being driven? In particular, I'm thinking of Wynn's Enzo, and the Enzo "in the wrapper" that is/was at FOBH. I believe each of these cars shows less than 50 miles. With a proper sorting, and a return to an active life, would there be lasting effects of 2 sedentary years?

If only 2 years the effects s/b negligable. Gas is probably stale & all fluids s/b changed, but otherwise ok.

the more highly engineered a car is for the road , it seems the less likely it is to be driven...(yes I know the cost/speculation of all this) there was an article recently of a guy who bought a lsat run e-type roadster 12cyl. that a dealer got and could not sell and wound up puttingin a warehouse and was eventually discovered and sold...the buyer of this pristine new "time machine" car with no miles had to spend a fortune refreshing all the gaskets and hoses etc and cleaningthe engine ...but that iss old 70's british rubbers and gaskets etc. I think todays' modern cars can probably sti for aquite a while as the electonics won't deteriorate much if dry and cool.
