We need to send this thread link to someone at ENZO that gives a sh*t about their subscriber base.
The editors , writers and staff do an amazing job , only for the distribution arm to to drop the ball.
Its a great magazine, but I have never seen such horrendous subscription service.
I really hope they get it together ....... before its too late.

Actually I have a letter to the editor (although I don't have his personal email address) in my drafts file teed up and ready to go. I'm hesitant to do so in case some members might object, although this is not a subscribed forum and anybody can see it.

    Nah, it's still there.
Good decision by the moderator though.
He was becoming a real pest.

For me it is also the problem with their distribution. The magazine, i like. I'm happy to have a complete set of 'Enzo' despite the horror with their subscription fulfillment. It is completely different to the other Ferrari magazines i'm subscripted to. Like some of you mentioned before, i don't have any troubles with 'Octane' coming from the same publishinghouse.

Like Marcel (Massini) i love to read and learn as much as i can on the subject. Me ofcourse being an average enthusiast and him being the pro...
I would love to read two more (club)magazines first 'The Prancing Horse' (USA) and second 'Ferrari' (UK)...
Unfortunately both don't take subscriptions, only full club memberships.

Two pictures, first the complete run so far of 'Enzo', second all magazines i'm subscripted to. The official Ferrari magazine not displayed here as this is an official Ferrari publication.

It is completely new (second issue just released...) and i think it has going to grow and develop a bit further.
Paper and print wise it is lightyears ahead of b.e. Octane. It is published quarterly.
Will take some pictures of content tomorrow and post them here.
Second issue has a nice story on Enzo Ferrari by Doug Nye.

Thanks. I'm thinking of ordering the second issue to read Doug's article.

A few phone snapshots for illustration. Not only the Nye story but also the Winston Goodfellow story on how Maranello has changed into the circus it is nowadays...

    https://www.magnetomagazine.com

You can order single issues or subscribe to the magazine.

Should this thread be left for comments on the poor subscription service for Enzo? Or about how good the magazine actually is?

Perhaps if anyone from that publication ever reads this they will know just how poorly they are performing. However, they are presumably so busy sorting out their own problems that they do not have time to look at any other forums to learn how badly they are perceived!

Should we start a new thread for magazines?

We have a thread for books but nothing specifically for magazines. There have been lots of threads about individual magazines but nothing, as far as I can see, for Ferrari related magazines, or even magazines in general. We should start one if there is enough interest: Cavallino, Forza, TOFM, worldwide FOC magazines, Enzo, Club Ferrari, Automobilsport, Ferrari World, Scuderia etc. There are, and have been, lots more.

I had not heard of Magneto and although it is not Ferrari specific the second issue looks like a good buy. A dedicated thread could have alerted me much sooner.

    What do you think?

More information is always better. If a separate thread makes sense, do it.

I was able to find Issue 7 of Enzo last week at Barnes & Noble in Santa Clarita, CA. I checked there again this weekend and they still did not have Issue 8. I was able to pick up the latest copies of Cavallino and Forza.

The magazine is good IMO, but there is room for improvement.

I’m always surprised reading this thread on probably The biggest Ferrari forum in the world; ie Enzo magazine market, that they haven’t come on here to explain themselves.

Whilst they will certainly get a pasting initially, if done right and openly they would get lots of credit!!

    Odd behaviour.

I just received Magneto #2 from an eBay seller and #1 is on its way from another ebay'er.

Have any U.S. subscribers to Enzo received #8 yet?
