Was it to be delivered to US or CH?
I too never received any answers.
I sent them another mail today and also informed them about this thread on fchat. Of course, they have no clue and give a shxt.

According to Dennis magazines they sent me issue #10 on the 18th October 2019. Today is the 8th November 2019 and so far nothing has arrived. Oh well, it's just 21 days………
Maybe by the time of xmas it will arrive, who knows?
(PS: I pre-paid twice, both times for two full years…..…).
Well mine turn up ok, so I’ve just put a cheque in the post for another year!

I am living in Belgium, and I am getting the magazine through Newsstand in the UK since the very beginning. I had no real delivery issue to date, although I have to admit that it sporadically took a bit longer before the magazine arrived. They state, that they have to wait 25 working days before they can make a claim with their supplier for rest of the world destinations.
Got my one in Germany 3 days ago. Delivery is OK now. Still a bit delayed vs UK, but I can live with that (considering the kind of content). Also available in many larger train stations in Germany and Frankfurt Airport (@ the newsstand left of the entrance to the B-gates, but still in public area).
This lot are a complete bunch of muppets!!!
I sent a cheque to renew for next year. They send it back to me with a letter saying they cant take a cheque for an offer that is only for direct debit.
Admittedly I didn't see the small print that the offer was only for direct debit; but seriously do they not want my business and are happy to a 1) spend time (money) and effort to write a letter and send (money) my cheque back to me and 2) loose a customer?
I wouldn't be surprised if they just spent more than the cost of cashing the cheque!!!!
Idiots; with that attitude they deserve to go under.
Guess I'll spend my money with Cavallino magazine!!!!
Well, they told me they sent me issue #10 on the 18th October 2019...…………..It's now 27 days later and 14th November 2019 and still nothing has arrived here yet (Zurich, Switzerland).
Plenty of supply here on the HK bookshelves (no time for reading, there's rioting to do!).

After three additional emails to Dennis magazines I received this today (Thursday, 21st November 2019 at 7.09 am):
"Dear Mr Massini,
Customer Number: 0012104XXXX
Thank you for your email regarding Enzo.
Having checked our records, please be advised that we have already replaced your subscription with the Summer 2019 issue to compensate for the missed issue. Therefore, please be advised that we have to wait until 22nd November 2019 to consider the replacement copy to be missed before we can compensate your subscription accordingly.
Kindly continue to monitor delivery of your issues and contact us if any further delivery problems are experienced.

Another JOKE! They call this "customer care"!! Hahahaha!! These Enzo magazine people do not care about their clients. They do NOT send the magazines, despite dozens of complaints by email and telephone.
Still waiting for the magazines. What a fraud. I strongly recommend: Do NOT subscribe to that magazine or any other magazines from that strange publishing house. They take your money but don't perform.
Can anybody recommend a good and experienced British lawyer that could handle this on my behalf, please? I am very serious. Even if it is about a few GB Pounds only.
