I understand... it's a wonder you get any car magazine down there anyway....: Isle of Luci? Image Unavailable, Please Login
As a regular client of an official Ferrari dealer you should receive TOFM automatically. The dealer has to pay for it. Marcel Massini
I received the magazines (in those days there were only the yearbooks) during 2 years after buying the Stradale. This happened, as you say correctly, via the Dealer. But after those 2 years, the time of the free yearbooks was over. What I don't understand is that Ferrari nowadays charges the price of 4 issues (yearbook included) in a subscription, but only has 3 printed editions per year. So, buying the magazines separately is cheaper than buying the subscription. The principle is a little strange.
I received my copy today, Friday, 7th December 2018. Based on the post stamp it took two (2!) months from England to Switzerland. Marcel Massini
Thank you, Marcel. It appears from Jim's post above that I'm actually two issues behind. In my case it's probably not poor postal service that's the culprit but the publisher's notoriously spotty subscription fulfillment. Jack.
Communication with the UK publishers is basically impossible. Dozens of emails, almost zero replies, zero performance. A really seriously lousy and poor "service". A shame, they take your money and don't perform. The lady I communicated with at Enzo magazine told me early November that she will leave end of November...….or was made to leave the company...…...god only knows. But for sure it's a real madhouse there. Marcel Massini

Has anybody got a photo of issue no 4 please. I thought I had all 6 issues but cant find no 4. A photo might jog my memory as to whether I bought it or not... Thanks.
Thank you for that, it does jog the memory somewhat. I must have misplaced amongst the 100s of other mags !! lol
Thanks, John. It sounds like there's still a subscription fulfillment problem if it's on the news stands, including Barnes and Noble.
Sometimes it's better not to subscribe. I tried to subscribe to "Via Corsa", but nothing ever happened, so I'll continue to buy it on the newsstand, as I do with "Enzo".
I tend to agree, but my problem is that the nearest newsstand to me is an hour and a half away! Of all my subscriptions Enzo is the only one I have a problem with.
Today I called the U.S. distributor about issue 6. I got a recording telling me that their "offices are currently closed" and that I should "call back during normal business hours." Well, of course my call was placed during "normal business hours." I guess the boss gave the team Friday off in recognition of the great customer service they provide......during normal business hours.
Found it, and better still, never read it... So will give me something to do on Christmas day..... lol
The day before Christmas, yeah, but the week? I guess the thing that irritated me most was that they couldn't be bothered to record a special message, just the standard "our regular business hours" blather....which also was done very amateurishly.
