I still have my Scuderia (and love it) and the SV is a very capable machine, but the Enzo is in a different category

If anyone here has driven both the Enzo and the SV can you please post a little comparison? I am curious as to how they differ in feel and performance.

Does Marcel still have his F50?
I know that he sold his F40 some years ago (ex Nigell Mansel, THE F40 involved in the worste selling price for an F40 few years ago as well), but I was not aware that he bought two scuds after the first lp640 available in france that he changed also for this SV now. Still a good guy with great taste.

Actually Marcel has only Enzo, LP670 SV and 430 scuderia Rosso F1 ;)

He came with us to Le Mans Classic this year to expose Enzo and LP670-SV...you can see the pictures on the homepage of EAP...a beautiful supercars line-up with 599 GTO !!!

If you want more pictures you need to be registred ;)

    No question the Enzo...

The LP-670 SV is just like putting more and more lipstick on a pig...

its a bit too batman for me and in a different league.

If it were my money Id rather an LP640 roadster than a SV... but thats just me... The lambo is for showing off... the enzo gets **** done.

My opinion on the two (excuding asthetics/dynamics)

    Enzo:
+ depreciation slow/non existant (depending on mileage)
    - LHD only

    SV:
    + RHD
    + cheaper
    - depreication.

I do hope the F70 is avaliable in RHD, though it's unlikely.

somehow a 599gto seems more tempting to me compared to the ENZO

The Enzo became -dare I say it- somewhat obsolete when the 430 Scuderia was introduced.

But the Lambo just won't make me happy.

Oh no it didnt. Certainly not in terms of driving sensation. A scud might be as fast but it really isnt as exciting to drive as an Enzo.

I wouldn't know, I can only go from statistics, but it seems a bit strange that a car derived from a standard V8 Ferrari matches the Enzo supercar, only about 6 or 7 years later.

I just bought a low mileage Enzo and still have my Scuderia and 599GTO... There is NO comparison. The Scud and GTO are terrific cars, but the Enzo is a legend.

I must admit to being obsessed with Fiorano lap times, but no matter what the stopwatch tells you, the Enzo is a MUCH faster car than either the GTO or the Scuderia. Tyre technology, gearbox electronics and new differentials have moved the game forward so I do not doubt that the Scud and GTO outperform the Enzo at Fiorano. I can also confirm that you can drive either one like you stole it without fearing that you will end up in the scenery (unlike the more serious Enzo)... But at the end of the day if I had to keep one, it would be the Enzo...

I have driven the LP640 not the SV and I think it is not even close in terms of the driving experience.

Isn't it just the best feeling in the world, to know that you made the right decision in trading in for the Enzo? I remember how much in doubt you were in your GTO delivery thread :D

I know!!! I thought about it for three weeks and I still haven't given up the GTO...I probably have to though... And most of the friends on the forum were right... It was the right trade for me... I have owned and driven most modern supercars, except for the Mclaren F1 and the Veyron, but nothing has given me the feeling I get from my Enzo...
What makes it even more special is that the car was well beyond my means and buying it took a lot of thought and sacrifice...all worth it
