This piece of junk is actually getting bids :) To continue the madness:

Due to overwhelming demand, a public viewing of the item will be held the Starbuck's counter in Albertsons Market in Westlake Village from 10 to 11am this Saturday.

At 11, a caravan will depart and proceed via Westlake Blvd/Decker Canyon Road to PCH. We will stop for a moment of silence, reflection, wreath laying, bench racing, etc. by the famed telephone pole. From there, we go to Neptune's Net, 42505 Pacific Coast Highway, Malibu, CA 90265 for a no host luncheon.

All bidders and other interested parties are welcome to attend.

Not at all. Forecast for Saturday is 70*. Perfect beach day, excuse to drive the canyons, and meet some more nut jobs.

I don't think so... And I was gonna offer him $10 before Chris told him he should put it on eBay - looks like eBay was the smart move - that's where I got my carbon ceramic brake rotor chunk from the first Enzo wreck...

Hey, I didn't see a smiley with that. Where's your sense of humor (humour)?
No one was really hurt, it wasn't an 'accident', just cause and effect.

Out of something stupid (the crash)

Comes something silly (Mr. Hose's funeral procession/lying 'in state' for viewing)

And ends with something worthy and good! (The MADD donation)

That hose could have come from anywhere, there are some real mugs on ebay, I suppose the buyer will have a perspex case custom made and stick it on their wall as a talking piece

By the way, I have some genuine old engine oil from my 355, it was actually in my engine at the time I was over taken by an enzo at a track day, maybe i'll stick it on ebay and see how many thousands it makes, it has heritage!
