Here are some pretty cool pix of a late Enzo prototype I saw in September 2002. It was displayed at an Italian Trade Exhitibition which I attended in a small Armory in NYC. I dont know much about this car aside from the fact that it is a 1:1 scale model of the real car, and that it is merely a non-running mockup. The cosmetic differences are pretty obvious, though hard to tell in these pix, the roof was silver along with the lower valences. I dont believe it had a finished cockpit as all the windows were 100% blacked out. It was the first time I actually gazed upon an Enzo in person. This was well before I found F Chat and I nearly forgot these pix were sitting on my hard drive. Sorry I didnt share them sooner!

There were many other prominent Italian cars there like a then brand-new Murcie, several vintage Ferrari, Lambos and Masers, and Ralph Lauren's Bug Atlantic Coupe.

Is it just black or is it carbon fiber? How much would the prototype be worth especially one so close to the production model?

neither.... if you read my description, I mentioned that the roof is silver painted, as are the lower skirts. Sorry my pix are sukky.

I cant image this being valuable to many people outside of a museum... you cant drive it. It has no running gear. Its a styling exercise.
