is there a good Enzo register on there? i searched for about a minute and dint see it, but is there one there?
All right, Montana then, however at some point someone gave me a wrong information as I received "MO" (abbreviature for Missouri) instead of the correct "MT". Sorry about that.
I think I may have details of an Enzo in Athens, but I'm not at home right now and can't check for the moment. Jonathan
hi guys does somebody knows more about the dutch enzo's cause there is not much info about these cars greetz
yes im young, but dutch=netherlands correct? if so i know that there are: -5 rosso corsa, (129358,133031 are the only serial numbers i know of) and i know of the license plates FH-91-39, 28-NF-RF, and 08-09-HA. these might be the correct plates for the two serial numbers i listed, but im not sure. does anybody else know? also, i read in a forum somewhere on here by a kid that lives in the netherlands that there are only 5 reds, so my 5 little bits of info arent just from what ive seen- i know there are 5. -1 giallo modena- unknown srial number, but it has luxembourgian plates LN-6739 -1 aregnto nurburgring, serial number 138634, in a dealer. anybody know if its been bought? if anyone can fill in the missing gaps then please do
Similarly, I was wondering if anyone had any info on any Enzo's in Istanbul. I heard of it, and heard a few stories of people seeing it briefly (one was from a member here, who seems to no longer post) It appears the owner is a lowkey guy, similar to the one in Athens, which is a shame really. The reason why I'm so desperate to know anything about the car is because of the fiasco that the local Ferrari distributor. (Heres a brief rundown of Ferrari Turkey, not that most of you probably care, but hopefully the upcoming F1 is an excuse for some of you to care ) 1995 was the first year Zeytinoglu motors obtained the lisence to distribute the legend in my country. Ferraris exsisted previously but never officially only grey-market. They marked their entrance with the presentation of an F50 at the '95 Istanbul Auto Show. Which was sold for a fee of $1million. A second one was ordered later. (One of the owners is Mehmet Zeytinoglu, the guy in charge of the operation, he is one of the biggest Fcar collectors in TR, he raced in the Challenge series even, he has a F50 engine in his office too, quite a paper weight ). Anyway, over the years Ferrari sold well considering the turbulent economy and exorbient taxes, so well in fact that the head mechanic at the service was one of the few that Ferrari assigns only to "important" markets (he was one of a number I can't recall, but im sure you guys know )Fast forward to Enzo time. And by then the company in charge of the distributor was in serious financial deepwaters (due to other bad investments). There was no money for decent promotion or a new showroom or expanded service. There used to be a annual Turkish-Greek Ferrari meets for instance. Grey market auto biz is huge over here, and for Ferrari they were far outselling the dealer, and with Ferraris offical quota for the Turkish market was at 15, there wasnt much to do. The quotas were getting filled in the first half of the year, with huge waiting lists. (note: most of the Fcars sold even in the grey market come to the offical service to get fixed hence the overwhelming of the relatively small service) Now the story goes that the dealer was given two Enzo's to sell. Both were sold (downpayment), yet before delivery time the dealer, Zeytinoglu, declared bankruptcy. Ferrari cancelled the partnership and began looking for a new one, during which time the fate of two is unknown. I'm guessing one of the clients has got his hands on his? However now the dealer is part of the same holding that owns Tofas, FIATs long time partner) And Ferrari is coming back with a whole new lease of life. Some of the bigger greymarketers like to boast that there is no car they cannot bring for their customers, if this Enzo was brought by them it would probably be from Germany. I just hope the owner of this Enzo will show up for the upcoming F1, the VIP parking should be lined with Fcars. I hope one of them is the Enzo
yes, i saw the Enzo picture thread and yes i clicked on the link. but is there a huge register thread like this one here on jabbas world?
the licence plate with 08-09-HA is, if i'm correct, this serial number 133031 because that one is located in utrecht. i think
-1 giallo modena- unknown srial number, but it has luxembourgian plates LN-6739 This is John Bosch's enzo
yea i think so cause it was shown in the ferrari enzo/ lambo murcielago movie and thats marin's enzo so. (but could also be a temporary plate??) greetz dude
Please note that "FH-91-39" and "08-09-HA" are DEALER PLATES. They can appear on dozens of cars, so they don't belong to the Enzos. "28-NF-RF" was indeed seen on 129358 (owned by Kroymans), but this plate belonged to a 360 Spider. The Enzo itself is NOT registered.
