The F40 looked cool topless in outrun the video game but thats something that shouldn't be attempted in real life just like the Enzo. I couldn't imagine how the doors would open up.
Here you go... Ill toss up a few more of myself in the car in my profile.. Enjoy Image Unavailable, Please Login
I think there was an Enzo convertible but last time I checked it crashed http://www.autoblog.com/2006/07/19/the-incredible-ferrari-enzo-targa/
The basic reason is that the Enzo is in absolutely no way ready for that transformation. The redesign necessary for the change to a spider would be extensive to say the least, because it is a "fastback" type bodystyle. There is no way that a folding top could be fit to the Enzo. Peter Hatch
Who needs folding tops anyways? Targas are the way of the future!!! (actually, they are the way of the old, but as cars get smaller with less packaging, you'll see more targas I hope!)
I actually posted some pics of model enzo spiders on the old board, but they attachments aren't there anymore. http://www.ferrarichat.com/discus/messages/21/329414.html?1066213897 There's still one pic on another site though.. -R Image Unavailable, Please Login
I remember reading something a while back that lead me to believe that Mr. Losee might be rebuilding his car, with the help of a friend and some *spare* Enzo parts... It would be a cool thing to see. If it happens.
