Enzo's in Holland

A while ago I was at the Kroymans headquarters where they had 2 Enzo´s on the showroom floor. One belonged to mr. Kroymans, I don´t know who owned the other one. Clearly, it had been driven so I guess it was in the showroom just to show. I cannot remember the name of the Enzo owner on that TV show you mentioned, but I have seen that show also (Stapel op auto´s). Furthermore, I know mr. John Bosch has an Enzo on order, don´t know if it has been delivered yet. I recently saw an article that a new Enzo was delivered at Munsterhuis in Hengelo. That makes 5 Dutch Enzo´s so far. Perhaps anyone else has info on the 6th car?

Kroymans has one, the other guy from that tv show has one, and he has a pretty nice collection aswell but can't remember his name at the moment
then ofcourse John Bosh and i knew 1 of the other guys aswell, he's also a collector but i would need to recheck on those names

 

The guy that owned the Enzo in that TV show was Marin van Rijn. One little fact, the Enzo of Frits Kroymans doesn't have a license plate. The insurance costs are too high I heard. In the showroom the enzo has a 28-NF-RF licence, but that is fake. He always drives with green garage-licence-plates.
So now we have:
John Bosch
Frits Kroymans
Marin van Rijn

 

it's not for the insurrance but because of a luxury tax in holland, they pay an extra 20% compared to the rest of europe, so none of the Enzo's have dutch plates
and another fun thing about that license plate that they use on the Enzo, when they brought the Enzo to Spa during the F days they also had a 612 with them with the same license plate, wich is basically illegal for having 2 cars on the same plates and also with garage plates you can't leave the country, not valid outside holland

i also heard someting about an enzo in Montfoort... I don't know if this is true, but i heard it for a friend of mine who lives there.

 

Marin van Rijn is a very nice guy. I spoke to him at Spa. He was a guest of the Kroymans team. He stood there in the pitbox with the historic F1 cars. He told me that he also wants a historic F1 car. Offcourse I said...if you got the money...

in the munsterhuis showroom there is also an enzo,
it's sold over there and the owner keeps it there just to show it to the public
i heard it belongs to a guy called van merkenstein, who also races with a 360

Hi everyone,

I was told that Bosch has a yellow Enzo registered in Switzerland (canton of Fribourg, plates starting with FR). He has or had other Ferrari registered there, so probably has a house. Therefore, I don't know if he has a second one in Holland.

BTW another Enzo in Netherlands belongs to Fred Tito, Nijmegen. He collects modern Ferraris.
Ther is an article in a dutch car magazine which I cannot remember which lists all Enzo owners in the Netherlands. Maybe someone else rememers which one it is and posts a link or copy.

What about Enzo's in Belgium? Does anyone know how many of those could be here? There's at least one... the well known "PS001" (owners initials BTW) that was also at the Spa Ferrari Days on Saturday (also the car that was shown a while in garage Monza in Gent?)...

Any others? There was one for sale in the neighbourhood of Gent some time ago... But there must be more then that? I guess a lot Ferrari owners in Belgium hide their treasures very well.

Yes! I completely forgot about that! You told me this story at the Overpelt meeting.

 

So that makes two, there must be more.

 

There are two Montfoorts in the netherlands.... one in Limburg, the place of Jos Verstappen, and one in Utrecht. just a few kilometers west of the city Utrecht.

 

The 612 Scaglietti with exactly the same license plate number as the Enzo did not go to Spa though. I saw it in Hilversum on may 29th.

BTW, I also have pictures of my visit. Anyone interested?
