i just noticed that the one silver has it and this one yellow http://www.enzoregister.barchetta.cc/ (it is pretty close to the end) s/n 135262 - giallo Modena/nero, USA, Bachman does anyone have more photos of cars with this. thank you
That looks amazing! It brings out the lines on the bottom intake! I would have to see another picture of the back before i make a decision for the painted diffuser though....Anyone have one?
Hey, Nathan, there's only two silver NNOs in Barchetta's registry, 133923 & 136070, and both of them have black skirts... i like the yellow one; i think it looks good; i think it'd look good with any other body-matching color, too - especially black...
Carbon, arn't the skirts usually black, therefore they would be the same color on a black NNO without being repainted. Image Unavailable, Please Login
LOL, yeah, that was the joke... 135888...! That's one of the six wonders of the world...! Black on black, the only black on black NNO in Germany...
LOL, ok, my fault, the internet doesn't convey sarcasm very well and with your borderline OCD about black NNOs one can never be sure. LOL
Ciao First of all your full of ****. Have any of you driven a ferrari I have a black on black(Enzo) Shut the hell up order youself a Ferrari, visit the factory and see for yourself.
Wow, easy there, sfacim... i'm not sure who you're talking about, but no one in this thread deserves that kind of attitude... Black NNO or not, you need to just take a hike... Learn to show some respect for other people... Don't let the door hit your ass on the way out, chump...
i meant the silver enzo that has a thread about it with the different wheels. i wish there was a better photo of the back with it painted.
Painted to match looks good here, seems to make the Enzo look 10" shorter overall length (more nimble), lower to the ground, and gives the sides a cleaner/ integrated appearance, IMO. Can't really tell about the diffuser from the picture, looks ok side-rear view, need a rear picture to tell. Since this thread is about the lower portion, quick question, from all pictures available, the bottom of the Enzo has what looks to be a noticable rake from front to rear, is this true, and is this part of the ground effects/ diffuser design (venturi)?
What do you mean...? Can you explain with a picture...? Nathan, i see what you mean; sorry about the confusion...
Actually, any picture in magazines, this or any web site, etc., is what I see, looking at the very bottom between front and rear wheels, the (rocker panel?) floor pan has what looks to be a noticable "rake" or lower at the front and higher in the back, possibly 3/4 inch between the wheels. If the bottom/ floor has a "rake'", this would be to lower underbody pressure and increase flow speed, and together with the rear diffuser, creates downforce (I think I have that right). At least this is how it looks in all pictures ( that I can tell).
I think I like it. I'd probably have to see more pictures of it. I wouldn't do it myself but it looks good???
Hard to tell from that picture. There is a giallo 360 on this board with the diffuser painted body color which I think looks great. I'd love to see a better pic of the Enzo.
That's it, sorry for late reply, was leaving for work, anyway, your pic shows the rake clearly. Sometimes pictures give an illusion of things, just wanted to know for sure on this, trying to learn auto aerodynamics and why designs work the way they do. The Enzo is a great piece of aerodynamic work, a clean design for downforce. I have always had a love/hate with rear mounted wings on road cars, some of them "work" after 70mph? , and one day they look great and the next day rediculous IMO. The Enzo and among a few others can create more than enough downforce for a road car without wings, and still have an extreme look, this is a good thing!
I hear you... Technically, the NNO DOES have a rear wing, though; but i guess it's more of a spoiler or 'duck tail' than a wing...
FYI, this is a "factory option", not an aftermarket painting job. According to the owner, the factory skipped the last step in the painting process to achieve these looks. It seems that the last step consists in painting the lower body parts black. I'm not actually sure about the rear diffuser, though, as it should be bare carbon fiber, shouldn't it?
Rodolfo, how do you know all this...? Is it because the owner told you this or did you learn it elsewhere...?
Carbon, How come I don`t have this white Enzo pic? Did you post it somewhere else before? Anyway thanks! Do you have it in hi-res?
